Michelle Layne Lawson is currently VP, Head of Design for the NBA’s DTC Product Experience group. Before joining the NBA, she crafted digital experiences and branding initiatives for top clients, including Google, AMEX, Showtime Networks, Samsung, and Nike.

Michelle holds a B.A. in English from Gettysburg College (Yes, it’s haunted) and a M.S. in Communications Design from Pratt Institute. In her spare time, she loves experimenting with home-brewed spirit infusions, collecting/playing vinyl records, and helping rescue dogs find permanent homes through photography.
